Our Story
Since 2016, James Record Bar has been a hub for indie music enthusiasts, offering a unique experience that blends a music pub atmosphere with vinyl production and live performances.The Vision: Make underground music accessible to a wider audience.
Evolution: From a simple pub to a creative space that collaborates with indie artists on vinyl editions and live shows.
James, the founder, dreamed of creating a space where indie musicians and their audiences could connect intimately. Inspired by childhood memories of radio and blues, James opened the bar as a place to share the magic of indie rock and vinyl soundtracks.In 2023, the bar expanded into a larger venue, adding an outdoor garden, the signature “Sound Garden,” and more room for performances, all while keeping its iconic blue sign and intimate vibe.
